We process all deliveries through our own logistics and other logistics partner. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
What are the delivery charges ?
Vidhai provides free delivery on all items of value more than INR. 1000/- .
Otherwise, INR. 100/- is charged as delivery charges. Currently focusing through india only.
What is the Delivery time ?
The goods will be delivered within 10 working days from the date of purchase for all locations serviced by our own logistics and other logistics partner. For others, delivery times may vary depending on the location.
How to track my order online ?
You can check the status of order by clicking on “order number” whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with us. Once your order is shipped out, a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
What if I receive a damaged parcel ?
If you notice that parcel is damaged you should refuse to accept it. Send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of such refusal, stating that you have refused to accept the damaged parcel. For more information on the same, kindly refer to our return policy.
We are known for our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the product, we offer a flexible and easy return policy.
5 Day Replacement Guarantee
All products sold by us can be returned within Five(5) days from receipt of the item(s). Let us know of any damages or defects within 5 days of the delivery and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
You are liable to get a replacement in case:
1. We have shipped a wrong product
2. There is a manufacturing defect
3. Goods are damaged in transit
All you need to do is to inform us within five (5) days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at email@example.com and sending us the image of the concerned product. You will get instructions from us for the return of the product.
Conditions for return:
All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
Any item returned showing signs of, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
All requests for return of product have to be placed within Five (5) days from the date of delivery.
No return requests will be processed after Five (5) days from receipt of item(s)
How does it Work?
To return a product, you need to follow the following steps Inform firstname.lastname@example.org about the return
Put the product in its original packaging
Mention your order number or insert the original invoice
Send the package through a courier of choice to our address @ Vidhai Organic Store, #1, Sruthi Apartments, Gandhi Nagar, 1st Cross Street, Adyar, Chennai 600020, Near Adyar Signal.
We will try and send the replacement to you as soon as possible and to a maximum of 21 days from the date of accepting the return receipt. If not you will receive your money back.
Cancellation by Us
We (Vidhai) make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. We will inform you within 48 hours on the placed orders. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or any other unforeseen problem.
Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellation by the Customer
Please contact our Customer Care in case you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing an order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.
